Any kind of paper, cardboard and paperboard that is completed and disposed of in any area of use is called waste paper. In this context, paper and cardboard production residues and wastes generated in paper production are accepted as waste paper, although they are not sent to the end-use site. In contrast, any absorbent paper and cleaning paper disposed as disposable and disposed of after use cannot be recycled due to hygiene and health reasons and therefore do not have an economic value as a commercial waste. Waste papers are recyclable and have a market value of economic value which can be used in the production of many types of paper.
